Sophia has been a part of the skin care and beauty industry for almost 10 years.
She graduated from Catherine Hinds Institute of Aesthetics and has since participated in industry acclaimed
and accredited classes, seminars, and trade shows. Before opening Skin Innovations, Sophia worked in
numerous award winning salons in the Boston area. Sophia has been a member of the Day Spa Association since
2002 and in 2005 Skin Innovations also became an accredited spa of The Day Spa Association. Sophia has
been a licensed member of the Board of Cosmetology since 2001. Today she is honored to bring you all of her
knowledge and experiences.

Marina has over twenty years experience in the field of esthetics. She trained in Moscow
at the Institute of Esthetics where she completed an intensive two-year program with emphasis on nutrition and
holistic methods. She has been working in the Newton area for more than twenty years and has continued her
education with several specialty courses at the Catherine Hinds and Elizabeth Grady schools of esthetics.
She now also pursues her medical esthetics career in a dermatologist's office.
Her focus is on facial rejuvenation and the treatment of acne, mild scarring, and pigmentary changes.
She uses microdermabrasion, glycolic peels and facials to treat these conditions in both teenagers and adults.
